Useful Information

The second administration of the anti-Rotavirus vaccine helps to complete protection against one of the most common and annoying intestinal infections in the first months of life. It is an oral vaccine, not an injection: the child is given a few drops in the mouth, with a sweet taste and generally well tolerated. The cycle includes 2 or 3 doses, depending on the type of vaccine, at least 4 weeks apart.

Respect the timing indicated in the vaccination calendar: the first dose must be started within the 12th week of life and completed within the 24th or 32nd week.
