What should I do if I have pain when I breastfeed?
Breastfeeding pain must be thoroughly investigated and not underestimated for the well-being of the mother and the newborn.

Do not hesitate to seek help from competent breastfeeding professionals to verify the newborn's attachment and the condition of the breasts and nipples. Often it is enough to review the breast attachment or position together to immediately reduce discomfort. The pain may depend on several factors: a shallow attack, tension in the back or shoulders, a traffic jam, small fissures or difficult sucking. Competent support helps you to understand the origin and to intervene early.
