From 1 June 2022, with the decision of the Constitutional Court, the child takes the last name of both parents, unless the parents decide otherwise jointly. It is possible: Give the double last name (first the last name of one and then of the other, in the agreed order) .Choose only the father's last name or only that of the mother with the written agreement of both parents. If the parents do not find an agreement, the child will receive both surnames in alphabetical order.
