Natural delivery is a physiological process through which the baby is born vaginally, without invasive interventions. It usually takes place between the 37th and 42nd week, when labor begins spontaneously and the body follows its times. The contractions help the cervix to open to allow the child to escape to the outside, while the obstetric team monitors the path, intervening only if necessary to ensure safety and respect for natural rhythms. During labor you can move, choose the most comfortable position, use breathing techniques or analgesia. Every birth is different: what matters is that it is lived with trust, listening and respect.
