Between social networks, forums and articles (and increasingly also artificial intelligence), every question seems to have many different answers. The Mykes project was also created to alleviate the burden of information overload. It's normal to feel confused: the infodemic creates anxiety rather than clarity. Choose a few safe sources and reference figures that you know and know you: family counselors, pediatricians, midwives, recognized territorial services. With them, you can build a simple and sustainable method. Even taking breaks from content helps you regain confidence in your intuition, which you will refine along the way.
Be wary of catchy titles and of those who promise “infallible methods”: they often follow the logic of algorithms, rather than the real needs of families. Public consultors and pediatricians of territorial services remain authoritative and free points of reference, able to guide you without judgment. Ask for support when needed, ask questions and take the time to understand what is really useful for you. You don't need to know everything: you need to have a network of support and trust you can rely on.
