The application for compulsory maternity must be submitted to the INPS
You can apply for compulsory maternity in different ways: online on the INPS website if you have SPID, CIE or CNS, through a patronage or CAF that offers free assistance, or by calling the INPS Contact Center at 803.164 from a landline or 06.164,164 from a mobile phone.
