Useful Information

Preparing for the return to work also means knowing the protections that are due to you as a parent. You have the right to parental leave, sick leave for the child and, in many cases, to forms of flexible or part-time work. Informing yourself early allows you to plan better, ask for what is due to you and live this phase with more awareness and less stress. Remember: taking care of yourself and your family is not “a favor” that the employer grants, but a right recognized by law.
