The application can be submitted (art. 6 c. 1 of Legislative Decree 230/2021): online to the INPS through the dedicated service with authentication through level 2 Spid, or Electronic Identity Card (CIE) or National Service Card (CNS); or through the trusteeships. The application must be submitted by a parent or by someone exercising parental responsibility (art. 6 c. 2 of Legislative Decree 230/2021)
