The single and universal allowance is for families under the following conditions: for each dependent minor child, up to 18 years old; as early as the seventh month of pregnancy for arriving children; for adult children up to 21 years old, if they are still dependent on the family and are in one of these situations: they attend a course of study (school, vocational training or university); they do an internship or work, but with an annual income of less than 8,000 euros; they are enrolled in the employment center as unemployed people looking for work; they are carrying out the service universal civil.
