Useful Information

Becoming a parent means facing intense emotions, profound changes and a lot of tiredness. Meeting other people who are going through the same phase helps to feel understood, supported and less alone. Often the first connections arise spontaneously - during the meetings accompanying the birth (the so-called prepared course), in the ward or in the park. Even a message or a coffee can be the beginning of a small network of mutual support. You don't need big organizations: just invite another mom or dad you know for a chat. Going out of the house, even if just for a walk, is not wasted time: it's a way to breathe, lighten your thoughts and regain energy. If you want to expand your circle, in the consultors and in the municipal spaces you will find parent-child groups, listening meetings or shared courses.
